De-waxing tray is provided at the bottom.

Rotary Burnout Furnace. The stainless steel chamber protects damage of heating elements from carbon deposits, thus increase the life of heating elements. The high quality of heating insulation reduces energy consumption as compared to the other conventional burnout furnace. The revolving table further improves heat transfer within the furnace during the burnout cycle. Following Burnout Cycle the chimney valves can be opened and closed to keep flasks as per the required temperature until last casting. Various types of ceramics products which has low thermal mass are used for insulation in the furnace. To ensure minimum wastage of electricity we have used high quality of electronic panel with SSR controller PID temperature controller along with the safety temperature controller. We also provide Multi step program (optional).
